Refunds & Return Policy

Returns:

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase, provided the product meets the conditions set out below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned if they meet any of the following criteria:

  • The item was damaged during delivery (including torn fabric or other transport-related defects).

  • The product has a factory defect, such as loose stitching or material imperfections identified upon arrival.

  • The item was received with visible damage, tears, or faulty workmanship.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

All returns must include:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Order number and purchase date.

  • Product description and price.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged by the buyer after delivery.

  • There are stains, spills, or odours caused by misuse.

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the size, colour, or personal preference.

  • The buyer claims the beanbag is “too big,” “too small,” or “contains too little foam.”

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.

  • The product was exposed to outdoor weather (sun, wind, or rain) unless it is specifically an outdoor product.

4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, the buyer must:

  1. Notify Snugpods via email within 10 days of purchase.

  2. Ship the item back to Snugpods’ warehouse in its original packaging.

  3. Cover the shipping cost for the return (Snugpods will not be responsible for return courier costs).

  4. Include proof of purchase and relevant details as listed above.

Once received, our team will inspect the product and contact the buyer within 5 business days regarding the outcome.

5. Repairs, Replacements, and Refunds

  • If a product is defective upon delivery, Snugpods will repair or replace the item at no cost.

  • If the product cannot be repaired and the same colour, size, or fabric is not in stock, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are made only when a replacement of identical specifications is not available.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

6. Warranty Coverage
All Snugpods products carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Fabric defects (including premature fading under normal indoor use).

  • Stitching or seam separation due to workmanship.

  • Foam degradation resulting from normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or improper care.

  • Damage caused by jumping on beanbags, overloading, or exposure to weather elements (sun, wind, rain).

  • Accidental spills, food, or drink stains.

  • Any modifications or repairs done by third parties.

7. Shipping of Warranty Repairs
For all warranty claims, customers must:

  • Ship the product to Snugpods’ warehouse in its original or secure packaging.

  • Cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Include proof of purchase, warranty details, and photographs of the damage.

Upon inspection, Snugpods will either repair, replace, or issue a store credit depending on the extent of the issue.
